The theme of THE COLLECTION’s Holiday Employee Appreciation Event on Saturday, December 15th, 2018 at The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne was a “Night in Paris”. Though the night is to celebrate the accomplishments of 2018, Ken Gorin makes a special effort to recognize the employees who really showed their commitment to THE COLLECTION.
The Party
The celebration was nothing short of spectacular, making it a night to remember. Guests enjoyed a live DJ, delicious food, an exciting Cabaret performance by New Century Dance Company and even a Hora Loca took place with party hats, light up wands and entertainers.
Awards
To show his appreciation and gratitude, all employees entering a special tenure were acknowledged whether it be 5, 10 or 20 years with THE COLLECTION. For those celebrating 15 or 20 years, they were called up on stage to receiver a special gift. A Spirit Award was given to the employee who embodied what THE COLLECTION stands for. Another award was given to the employee who earned the highest amount of positive reviews online.
