THE COLLECTION Is Expanding

THE COLLECTION is constantly looking for ways to best serve customers in the Miami area and beyond. THE COLLECTION’s presence in Coral Gables is far reaching, from the impact it has had on what residents drive, to the philanthropic work that is so integral to this company’s corporate culture. THE COLLECTION offers a wide line of luxury vehicles, namely Audi, Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, McLaren, Aston Martin and Jaguar.

Recently, Ken Gorin announced THE COLLECTION would be adding to this impressive list with Land Rover. THE COLLECTION plans to build a joint dealership which will offer Jaguar and Land Rover in one facility. Once approved by Coral Gables Development Review Committee, an incredible showroom to house about 700 vehicles in seven stories will be constructed. This location would replace what is currently THE COLLECTION’s pre-owned dealership, which will reopen down the road. In Palmetto Bay, residents will be pleased to know we are planning to open an Audi dealership right in their neighborhood.

The highest level of customer service is of utmost importance to Ken Gorin’s THE COLLECTION. Establishing more convenient locations is just one way THE COLLECTION aims to create the best experience for luxury car enthusiasts.

Unveiling of The Aston Martin Vantage at THE COLLECTION

The all new Aston Martin Vantage was celebrated across the globe and was unveiled on Nov 21, 2017. This car hosts a ton of new aesthetics and updated features. This performance sports car has been making jaws drop since it was shown to the world.

“The Vantage is testament to our uncompromising pursuit of beautiful,” Aston Martin CEO Dr. Andy Palmer says. The Vantage was introduced in a Lime Essence. “It’s the color of a predator in nature,” explains Palmer. “Look at a wasp. Its colors warn, stay away.”

The cabin was upgraded as well. The brand switched to a Mercedes-Benz electronic architecture which now makes connectivity a lot easier.

On the driver side, the Vantage offers an amazing driving experience. Its aluminum chassis delivers sharp and superior handling. Under the hood is a 4.0-lister twin turbo charged V8 engine. The acceleration will get you from 0 to 62 miles per hour in 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 195 mph. The Vantage performance is top notch with 503 horsepower engines!

THE COLLECTION at the “Night of the Animal” Miami Make-A-Wish Ball

Every year THE COLLECTION helps raise funds for the Make a Wish Foundation in Southern Florida. The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a charity which Ken Gorin fully supports because he truly loves seeing wishes get granted.  Last year, they donated a 2017 Porsche Macan to sell during the auction section of the event. In events past, the Make a Wish Ball has raised near 100,000 dollars towards helping grant children’s wishes.

Ken Gorin THE COLLECTION CEO has donated to Make-A-Wish in the past, notably in 2009, when Gorin donated a Ferrari California at the live auction.

Season of Giving at THE COLLECTION

This past holiday season, I had the privilege of giving back to a community that’s given me so much. To kick off the season of giving, as a company, we decided to spread some much-needed holiday cheer and adopt two families via CBS 4’s Neighbors4Neighbors Adopt-a-Family Program. A dress down day in December generated funds for items on the wish lists provided by each family. The children ranged in age from 2 to 17 years old. So we were thrilled to be able to get them all toys, clothes, shoes, a Publix Family Dinner box, plus extra gift cards for groceries and necessities for the parents.

New year, new promises. That’s right, you’ve probably heard that one a few times before. The team at Ken Gorin‘s THE COLLECTION takes this idea to heart. As we all now, January is the month of good intentions and resolutions, where everyone seems to be kinder and more positive to themselves; we like to spend money on new clothes for the gym, more healthy food, and in general, we try to spend less time and money in everything that harms our physical and psychological health. What you need to know about the Ferrari Finali Mondiali

The Ferrari Finali Mondiali took place for the first time in the States in sunny Datona, Florida this year. The Datona International Speedway saw countless of the worlds sports cars compete on the 3.56-mile course. Four drivers from Ken Gorin Miami‘s THE COLLECTION were able to compete as well in the adrenaline-pumping fun. Coinciding with the Art Basel weekend as well, it was a time to remember for THE COLLECTION team.

Community Bike Ride with Dwayne Wade and Ken Gorin

On September 17, 2016, people got together at the Regetta Park, for an event named ‘Dwyane Wade Community Bike Ride’, promoting safe cycling on the streets of Miami. The Ken Gorin Miami team put together the event which raised funds to be donated to the Wades’ World Foundation. Udonis Haslem and Gabrielle Union were two of the other important names who rode right next to Dwyane Wade supporting the cause. In addition to the beautiful red Ferrari California T that was leading the pack of bikers, the new Jaguar XE, the Porsche Macan, the Audi Q5 and the Maserati Ghibli, were displayed during the event. Miami Heat’s Nba legend Dwyane Wade expressed his ideas about the event by saying: “It was about babies, teenagers, adults, no matter what size, what shape you are, what color you are, what race you are, what is your job, what you do, we are all part of the community”.
